POST COPY: Ever get the sense others have a richer social life than you? You're not alone. This feeling (while uncomfortable) is normal - and even helpful.

When we're missing the sense of closeness, community, and connection we need, we can experience loneliness. This isn't a personal defect. In fact, our emotions are doing their job, signaling us to seek out people. This signal is as normal as hunger or thirst. It's our drive to connect. So notice the signals your body and mind are sending. Appreciate them. And seek the nourishment you need.

POST COPY: Compliments are like a superfood for social connection: They pack a lot of powerful benefits for both the giver and receiver.

Paying a compliment helps you practice gratitude and vulnerability while providing a built-in reason to connect with someone you care about.

And compliments are a signal to the recipient that they are: 1) seen, 2) understood, and 3) valued. Key tenets in any meaningful relationship.

And guess what? It can be as simple as texting a friend one thing you appreciate about them. So keep the compliments coming. And going.
